CANCER. A word no one wants to hear.
It invaded this family’s home through their 14 year old son Kolebi in June of this year. Devin, the father is on the far left.
He shared with us how rapidly the disease has ravaged his son who has a tumor on his spine and has now become permanently paralyzed from a stroke.
They battle on and we were invited by CHOA (Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta) to come beside them to build a fully handicap bathroom in hopes that this will provide some measure of relief.
We began phase one today and within just a few days it will be fully functional.
