Justin's Story

Ground Zero Grace has been offered the opportunity to serve another CHOA family in need! Meet Justin. This little guy has gotten off to a rough start.

He was born 13 weeks early and diagnosed with NEC (Necrotizing Enterocolitis) a serious intestinal disease which causes the intestinal tissue to die off. Within 6 months he was also diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. He's had 15 surgeries in his first 7 years of life!

Justin has grown to the point that it is just too difficult for his parents to get him up and down the stairs to his bedroom or bathroom. His family is trying their best to make arrangements for a handicap bathroom to be constructed on the ground floor.

That's where GZG comes in!

A few weeks ago, his father, Daymon called and was not asking for a hand out, but for a helping hand. He has been able to save a good amount of money for the project, but is still considerably short and is needing direction and help to make sure the job is done right.
